To serve as the event specialist for Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan by recommending, planning, and executing internal and external events that maintain a positive brand experience for Farm Bureau Insurance field force, staff, employees and the public. Event Specialist (Advertising) Responsibilities • Provide logistical and strategic support to the Event Management Supervisor in recommending and planning the venues, activities, presentations, workshops, registrations, and various engagement campaigns for Farm Bureau Insurance events. • Assist in the delivery of event content, including hosting workshops, following up with subject matter experts and presenters for materials. • Excellent computer skills, along with proven knowledge of programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, and web-based email and event management software(s) required. Preferred • Experience with event planning and digital media/graphic design preferred.
