Develops and adheres to established budget and administration of all resources for all events. Develops, plans, and presents event recommendations, logistics, and task coordination with the Community Relations Manager, for employee events, member annual meeting, branch events, and community events. Works closely with the Community Relations Manager on charitable contribution requests with administrative duties to include: organization of requests and spreadsheets, follow up communication for each requestor, ensuring attendance and confirmation of payment, lessons learned meetings, and execution of events tied to charitable sponsor ships. Excellent event planning and management skills. Ability to work with vendors.
