Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement, and brand representation. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, participating in active environments, and contributing to successful events while developing communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

* Welcome attendees and create a friendly first impression.
* Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
* Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions.
* Answer customer questions and direct inquiries when needed.
* Assist with promotional displays, materials, and event supplies
* Identify customer needs and provide helpful information.
* Assist with lead generation and customer outreach.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event area.
* Support event operations throughout the day.
* Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials.
* Work closely with team members to achieve event goals.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Energetic and positive attitude.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Previous event, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
