Job Summary

We are seeking energetic Event Staff members to support promotional events, customer engagement, event preparation, and brand representation. Responsibilities

* Welcome attendees and provide friendly assistance.
* Present products and services in a professional manner.
* Answer questions and provide helpful information.
* Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
* Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
* Maintain clean, organized, and professional event areas.
* Help organize event supplies and materials.
* Support customer engagement and lead generation activities.
* Communicate customer feedback and event observations to team members.
* Assist coworkers with event-related tasks as needed.
* Support team goals during promotional events.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic, friendly, and professional personality.
* Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
* Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Comfortable performing hands-on event tasks.
* Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
