Bar Back Hospitality is seeking an events coordinator to arrange all event requests for Barrelhouse (www.barrelhouseburlingame.com), Vinyl Room (www.vinyl-room.com) and Persona (www.persona-sf.com). Events range from birthday parties, happy hour, corporate & company, holiday events, milestone celebrations, our in-house holiday events, etc. Primary Responsibilities Include: ⁃ Respond to guest inquiries via email, text, and phone ⁃ Coordinate and communicate all aspects of events with client, catering & rental companies, managers, and staff ⁃ Send proposals ⁃ Review BOE with guests and team ⁃ Book DJs, bands, photo booths, photographers, etc. ⁃ Must be detail- oriented and have a sense of urgency ⁃ Must have excellent communication skills ⁃ Must have creativity and an eye for great aesthetics ⁃ Big plus if you have had previous hosting, bartending, or serving experience in the past ⁃ Have a reliable form of transportation to commute between SF and Burlingame ⁃ Available to work evenings and nights ⁃ Must be on-site for event coordination \\- Huge plus if you are savvy with social media, marketing and advertising Send compensation requirements.
