Events & Marketing Assistant

The Events & Marketing Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events and marketing initiatives that promote the organization’s brand, services, and community engagement. This role assists with event logistics, social media content, promotional materials, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure successful marketing campaigns and memorable events. Assist with creating and scheduling social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials Update website content, event calendars, and marketing databases Coordinate photography, graphics, and branded materials for events and campaigns Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels Monitor engagement metrics and prepare basic marketing reports Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office,Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends for events when needed Detail-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude Bonus pay Other
