Supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, the full-time Events Marketing Associate I will manage logistics for B2B webinars, tradeshows, and conferences while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support planning and execution of hosted and sponsored B2B marketing events, including webinars and conferences Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, asset management, and on-site execution Assist with pre- and post-event marketing efforts to drive engagement and sales enablement Required qualifications BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in events or field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment Demonstrated experience in supporting event marketing programs and vendor coordination Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, and other marketing tools in a B2B tech stack Strong project management and organizational skills
