Events Marketing Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and creative Events Marketing Coordinator for a part-time contract position, who will manage the events calendar, oversee venue sourcing and virtual event execution, and coordinate marketing assets to ensure seamless brand experiences. Key Responsibilities Own and organize the master events calendar, balancing virtual webinars, in-person meetups, and industry conferences Research venues, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts for event logistics including food & beverage and A/V needs Manage event registration pages and collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional assets and communications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Event Operations Proficiency with event platforms (specifically Luma) and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar) Strong written communication skills for operational emails and marketing copy Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines effectively Comfort with reading contracts and negotiating costs with venues and vendors
