Key Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a team focused on sales and merchandising to drive growth and revenue Develop and execute advertising and eCommerce strategies to achieve significant sales targets Oversee merchant partnerships and optimize operational processes for revenue generation Required Qualifications : 15+ years of executive leadership experience in advertising and eCommerce Proven track record of managing and scaling businesses with $30MM+ in sales Experience in driving double-digit growth in commerce or advertising sectors Strong skills in contract negotiation and partnership management Hands-on approach with a growth mindset and analytical capabilities
