EW Bullock is seeking a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is an in-office position with flexible work hours, offering the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.What You’ll Do:Conceptualize and develop visuals that inspire and communicate effectively.Design a wide range of materials, including ads of all varieties, logos, social media graphics, printed materials, websites, publications, and more.Prepare and finalize files for printed projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications for high-quality production.Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for the target audience.Manage projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.Revise and refine designs based on team and client feedback.Your Skills and Experience:Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical expertise.Proficiency in design software and technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).A keen eye for aesthetics, details, and the ability to translate requirements into compelling visuals.Experience preparing and finalizing files for print production.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Requirements:Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.A portfolio that knocks our socks off.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.An entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in juggling multiple priorities.Willingness to accept direction from clients and internal team members with a positive attitude and an open mind.Maintaining daily time sheetsWorking in-officeWhat We Offer:This is a part-time, in-office position with flexible work hours and the potential to transition into a full-time role.
