EXCEPTIONAL MARKETING/EXEC ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant/Marketing is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO and managing some of the organization’s sales and marketing operations. This position requires excellent organizational and writing skills, the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with professionalism and confidentiality. The perfect candidate will live in either the Dallas or San Marcos area and be passionate about the environment and human health. EXPERT**** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and edit sales/marketing, technical, and compliance documents Maintain company Web site in CMS software Plan and execute all Web, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Maintain all social media platforms Video editing/production for upload to Web/media channels Customer installation/device training (remotely and on-site if necessary) Prepare and generate quizzes for onboarding of sales reps Research and disseminate important sales materials to sales reps in support of product and sales Event planning and attendance when required Skills/Qualifications: Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting newsletters, and preparing communications on the CEO’s behalf Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and Creative Suite design software including Premiere Ability to design and edit graphic presentations and documents Demonstrated knowledge of CRM programs, MS Office, databases and online applications such as Joomla, Google Suite, Constant Contact, ClassMarker, Smartsheets, or similar; Knowledge of HTML a plus Experience with Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, YouTube) Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information May Include The Following: Customer account management contacts, sales, leads, and follow ups Create, send and follow up on proposals Generate orders Solicit potential customers via phone calls and email
