• 5+ years of executive assistant experience • Experience with executive level calendar management • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the organization's leader and team organized, informed, and on task through meticulous calendar management, scheduling, and collaboration with other Executive Assistants. Key job responsibilities • Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings • Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting • Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities • Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads org • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items • Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance • React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround • Experience leading process improvements • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and senior leadership • Strong problem solving skills and a team-oriented philosophy • Ability to influence without direct authority • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for customer experience and Amazon’s vision Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
