The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of team priorities. This role frequently coordinates with executive assistants and other partners across the broader Ads organization. This is a NYC based role, five days a week in-office is required. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings • Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting • Work closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items • Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, and advertising industry professionals • Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities Preferred Qualifications: • Experience leading process improvements • Experience in a fastpaced, hightech company • Experience coordinating Clevel internal and external executive engagements • Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives, and business leader priorities • Strong problem solving skills and a teamoriented philosophy • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and senior leadership
