This role will support two directors with the possibility of a third, and will require an individual with flexibility, strong business acumen, superior attention to detail, the desire to learn, and a sense of humor. This position will work closely with a team of Executive Assistants to facilitate key team activities and projects. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession is highly valued. A day in the life Every day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, working with other Executive Assistants to schedule complex meetings, and partnering closely with executives and their business partners on projects and initiatives.
