We’re in this together.This position is responsible for providing support to Creative Advertising Team.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:Process and track billing and file expense reportsManages executive’s calendar and schedules/coordinates meetings and appointmentsScreens and responds to incoming calls and correspondencePrepares agendas, notices, minutes, presentation materials and resolutions for meetings as requiredMPAA submissionsCorresponds with outside vendors as directed to get materials sent/delivered in a timely manner, set up fibers, etc.Prepare continuities of AV MaterialsOrganize Print and AV Materials and help manage digital asset systemDetailed tracking and logging distribution of materials (i.e. Filmmaker routing, internal routing)Support print creative team with photoshoots - budgets, schedules, etcPerforms administrative duties such as filing, typing, ordering supplies and copying documentsQualifications/SkillsBasic qualifications:1-2+ years of related experienceTech Savvy and familiar with Apple systems and basic AV equipment.Very organized and detail oriented; able to manage multiple high priorities and proactively anticipate/manage time efficientlyAbility to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines with a calm mannerHighly Proficient with MS software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, filmmakers, and senior managementDesired Skills:Bachelor’s Degree preferredExperience in the entertainment industry, ideally in marketing; candidate should have a strong passion for creative advertising and moviesShould be familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures, especially in creative advertisingGood relationship building skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesSelf-motivatedFounded in 1912, Paramount Pictures works with talented filmmakers to produce and distribute entertainment around the world.
