Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings • Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting • Manage team space planning and onsite morale/team building activities • Partner closely with leadership and key business partners to provide holistic support to the team, including driving and supporting mechanisms and process improvements as the team grows • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items • Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, advertising industry professionals Preferred Qualifications • Can quickly learn organizational structure, team objectives, and business leader’s priorities • Strong problem solving skills and a team-oriented philosophy • Ability to influence without direct authority • Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups including internal and external peers, partners, and senior leadership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
