Key job responsibilities • Serve as strategic partner to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive operational excellence • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across time zones • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms • Coordinate team activities including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and events • Manage sensitive and confidential information with highest discretion • Schedule and manage cost-effective domestic and international travel • Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and ensure timely follow-up • Create expense reports and manage budget tracking • Partner with leaders to understand priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness • Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders • Build collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants across the company and with critical external partners • Have fun at work and help others do the same A day in the life As an Executive Assistant in FAA, you'll act as a strategic partner to leadership, managing complex calendars across global time zones, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. You'll work closely with a fun & collaborative EA community while driving improvements for a geographically dispersed team.
