Executive Assistant, MADS Team, Advertising Products and Tech

This role will primarily support the MADS Team leader who oversees a team of 400 employees... This position will be the lead EA for the MADS Team and will serve as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Advertising Products and Tech organization of 4000 employees worldwide. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and bias for action, and be customer service-oriented. They will act as the unifier of the onsite team through team socials and programs. )o Planning space for the team and facilitating office moveso Boosting morale, recognizing outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the sameo Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding itemso Driving team activities (e. g. , staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, team-building events, launch events and team recognition)o Managing workflows that require approvalso Identifying internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative wayA day in the lifeEvery day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, working with other executive assistants to schedule complex meetings, and partnering closely with executives and their business partners on projects and initiatives.
