Executive Assistant Marketing

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with Marketing Experience to provide top-notch administrative and marketing support. • Use Account Engagement in Salesforce to create marketing campaigns, track customer engagement, and measure campaign performance. Customer Relationship and Lead Management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, clients, and referral partners to ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a background in marketing, social media management, and / or CRM management. As prior clients of a BPO, we found ourselves struggling with support, understanding of our business industry, and the treatment of our global family from this, Night Owl Consulting was born.
