Executive Assistant - Part Time

POSITION – PART TIME (3 days per week) EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will support the President mostly with office and sales related activities. This role will primarily be responsible for assisting the President in time management, scheduling of appointments, the preparation of reports, transcribing on line newsletters and helping to manage social media. This person should be able to communicate effectively. Expected to be in office two days per week and WFH one day per week.

Responsibilities

· Managing the Presidents time, scheduling appointments, and zoom calls

· Making sure all follow up is completed in time.

· Help with research on various advertising, political and Christian subjects

· Client facing with potential customers and ensure follow up as needed

· Improve data hygiene in our CRM system through daily maintenance and proactive cleanup efforts

Qualifications

· Professional appearance and able to communicate effectively with very high level Wall Street clients

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in Investor Relations and the Financial world a plus

· CRM experience a plus

· Agency experience a plus

· Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Understanding of sales and sales performance metrics

· Proficient in all Office applications especially PowerPoint and Outlook

· Self-motivated and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
