The ideal candidate will manage daily operations efficiently while leveraging their marketing expertise to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. • Manage and maintain the Loan Officer's calendar and CRM system by adding, categorizing, and manually entering leads and other business relationships. Marketing and Social Media Management • Manage social media accounts, including content creation and consumer interaction to promote engagement and maintain a strong online presence. • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a background in marketing, social media management, and/or CRM management. • Proficiency in CRM systems and knowledge of social media platforms.
