The Executive Director, Group Head, Advertising and Promotion Review at Organon will play a pivotal role in leading a team responsible for the review and approval of promotional materials across various stages of product development. This position encompasses oversight of compliance with FDA regulations, industry standards, and internal policies, ensuring that all promotional activities align with the highest ethical and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding the team through the complexities of advertising and promotion, particularly in the pharmaceutical and biologics sectors, while also supporting business development due diligence activities. In this role, the Executive Director will maintain a keen awareness of evolving FDA regulations and their implications for the industry.
