Executive Director, Integrated Growth Media

For our Executive Director, Integrated Growth Media position, Hot Dish is looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to help grow and evolve our paid media practice. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll help shape the future of the agency, lead high-performing teams, improve how work gets done, and ensure strong collaboration across departments to deliver results for clients and the agency. Lead the evolution of Hot Dish Advertising’s integrated media and performance practice.Build scalable systems that connect media, SEO, analytics, CRO, and creative strategy.Partner with executive leadership on agency growth, innovation, and market positioning.Identify emerging opportunities across media, analytics, attribution, AI, SEO, and consumer behavior.Oversee the agency’s reporting and media technology ecosystem. Direct cross-channel strategies across paid media, SEO, and analytics.Ensure teams align around client business goals, audience insights, and measurable outcomes.Facilitate the technology, processes and training to enable teams to translate data and performance insights into actionable strategic recommendations.Drive collaboration across disciplines to deliver cohesive, business-focused solutions.Lead AI innovation and adoption across the organization to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance while ensuring responsible use and strategic integrity.Foster productive partnerships with media vendors, technology partners, and partner agencies to ensure Hot Dish and our clients benefit from the latest learnings and capabilities. This position is a remote working situation with the ability to meet in person on a quarterly or as needed basis.Performs other related duties as assigned.This position involves sitting at a computer for several hours at a time.Proficiency in the use of keyboard / mouse and video meetings.Ability to see and hear in virtual meetings.Ability to maintain a flexible schedule aligned with Central Time zone business hours, 9 am – 5 pm, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication with team members.
