The Executive Director, Enrollment Marketing, Communication and Events is responsible for directing, planning, and executing the marketing strategies, tactics, programs, communications efforts and events for the division of Enrollment Management. • Lead the strategic vision related to annual marketing plans for enrollment marketing, communication, and events which includes (but is not limited to) the definition and prioritization of key audiences, determination of creative vision and assets, and the messages and tactics that will motivate prospective students to engage with the University of Arizona. • Utilize data from performance, enrollment trends, enrollment team requests, and best practice to form plans and bolster enrollment marketing and events support where possible. • Minimum of 9 years of related work experience, including 5 years of managerial experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Enrollment experience in marketing, communication and events.
