Executive Director of Advertising Sales

A company is looking for an Executive Director of Advertising & Media Sales to lead advertising sales strategy and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising strategy aligned with organizational goals Lead and mentor the Advertising team while collaborating with cross-functional teams Engage with the Christian marketplace to create advertising solutions that serve the community Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or ad strategy, with at least 3 years in a management role Experience in a mission-driven, editorially focused organization is preferred Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative ad products Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the Christian marketplace
