Other benefits include tuition remission for employee, spouse, and employee’s dependent children under the age of 25 (this does not include the last two year of the Pharm D program or the JD), twenty days of vacation and twenty days of paid medical leave per year.Pay Band:Job Summary:The Executive Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy oversees strategic marketing, manages the brand, and leads the team and processes that drive growth in essential functions of the University. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, digital engagement and communication with external constituents, brand management, executive level communication, partnership with enrollment management to reach targets, partnership with Advancement to reach fundraising goals, crisis communication, vendor coordination, and internal communication standards and support.This position may be considered for a hybrid work environment. Some evenings and weekends are required.Scope:The Executive Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy designs and executes strategies to raise awareness of the University brand, enhance its reputation, and increase constituent engagement with the goals of reaching student enrollment targets and gaining the support of alumni and friends.
