They will collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and on schedule. Vendor Management • Source and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including photographers, videographers, directors, and production companies • Manage relationships with vendors and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines • Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and clearances for location shoots and other production activities Those who succeed in this role have the following qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Film or a related field • 5+ years of Film experience • Previous experience in advertising production, preferably within an agency environment • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines • Deep connections with vendors in the industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients • Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ClickUp • Knowledge of industry trends, production techniques, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional results • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements What you do when no one is watching is really who you are.
