You lead by example, with an eye on both team growth and creative delivery. • 2+ years as an Executive Producer in an ad agency setting • Experience with project management leadership of cross-functional creative teams across digital and content-heavy campaigns • Mastery of digital deliverables - websites, social, apps, motion, emerging tech - and understanding of what it takes to bring them to life • Strong client rapport-building skills and the ability to hold a room, virtually or in person • A builder's mindset: you've improved process, built team culture, or helped shape client expectations • Budget fluency: you know what things cost, how long they take, and how to deliver on time and on budget • Bonus: experience with Kantata, UX/UI fluency, and familiarity with agency financial operations • Bachelor's degree required Additional Information
