QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: The perfect candidate for the position would have at least 1 year current experience leasing apartments in a 100+ unit apartment community. Ability to work independently and effectively interact with prospective tenants, residents, peers, staff and management. Must be organized and detail oriented and have great follow up skills. Assist manager with various office paperwork. \\--Must be available to work on weekends.
