We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent for a 184-unit garden apartment community in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The Leasing Agent will assist the Property Manager in all facets of managing the community. This is a temporary to permaenant position with the opportunity to earn comprehensive compensation and benefits package including competitive rate of pay, biannual bonus opportunity, health insurance, company-paid life insurance, 401(k) Plan with company match, paid sick leave, paid time off. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Act as the property’s main point of contact for site operations including apartment tours and leasing to prospects, • Marketing out-reach and advertising • Work order preparation • Document management for leases, renewals, riders, etc. • Work closely with the building Superintendent and maintenance team in providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
