We are looking for an energetic, experienced and detail-oriented, property management professional to join our team as a Property/On-site Manager at a 55-unit new construction apartment building in Lower Queen Anne. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters. • Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis. • Assist in planning resident functions.
