Experienced Community Manager Needed

Confidential Rochester, New York

Currently looking for a dynamic, experienced part-time Community Manager to manage 161+/- pad Manufactured Home Community. We're looking for self-starters and results-driven candidates who demonstrate the resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and relationship-building skills essential to offering the highest level of service and communication to prospective residents, residents, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collecting Rents • Issuing Resident Notices • Increasing occupancy by selling homes and finding homes to move into the communities • Advertising available homes and lots • Overseeing maintenance technicians to maintain curb appeal and repairs • Working with contractors • Attending court cases for delinquent residents • Working closely with the Regional Manager Qualifications: • Demonstrate strong effective oral and written communication skills • Proven track record of overseeing communities • Experience with MS Office Suite- Word, Excel, etc. • Property Management software experience a plus • Ability to respond to resident concerns/questions effectively and professionally • Must be flexible and willing to travel to other properties • Ability to multitask **Customer Service Experience a Plus! ** Education: High School Diploma required, Associates/Bachelor's Degree (preferred) REWARDING CAREER We offer competitive salary and benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Drug Plan, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays Please forward a copy of your updated resume and salary requirements to the email above.
