Depending on experience level... you may serve as the “heartbeat” of the team with significant autonomy and responsibility for account management, client growth and team performance. You may also have a daily opportunity to direct/lead/motivate/teach talented emerging professionals. Our ideal candidates have: • 5-10+ years total of agency experience or applicable experience in SEM, paid social media advertising, content marketing, and/or digital advertising • Proven track record of successfully developing, managing, and optimizing data-driven and strategic digital campaigns across multiple platforms to meet business objectives • Demonstrated expertise with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Ads, and other prominent social media and video advertising platforms • Excellent ability to accurately track conversions and overall campaign performance • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies and insightful reports • Ability to partner across cross-functional teams to achieve client goals through digital strategy • Passionate about staying on top of emerging digital marketing trends and platforms • Excellent tactical writing skills, including ad copy, presentations, case studies, digital content and client and/or internal emails • Excellent public speaking/interpersonal skills, especially for the purposes of client presentations, client meetings and new business pitches • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) A full job description will be made available to candidates selected for the interview phase.
