Job Duties: \- writing creative ads and organizing photos for advertising; \- answering phone/email/text inquiries on vacancies; \- showing and "selling" the unit to prospects; \- processing applications; \- weekly inspections to maintain property's curb appeal; \- taking calls from current residents and entering maintenance requests; \- building relationships with outside vendors; \- occasional filing and any other tasks as requested by the manager.
