SUMMARY: Shows and leases apartments to prospective residents, attending to the day-to-day administrative and leasing functions of the property by performing the following duties: Respond to site visits or telephone inquiries regarding available apartments. Explain all lease documents to new and existing residents. Assists in preparing Monday morning update reports, Monthly traffic reports and all marketing or advertising of the property. Assists in ensuring that advertise is correct and all inquiries from advertising is contacted.
