Assist in the day-to-day leasing operations of the community. • Support the community manager’s efforts to manage all aspects of marketing and leasing for the community. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Dependability - Follow instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments; commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
