Our Leasing Consultant is very service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their property. Marketing/Leasing: Maintain a professional, yet friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective residents and residents gather. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Correctly complete all lease paperwork including related addenda and accept rents and deposits. Constant need to perform the following physical activities: Bend/Stoop/ Stairs Show and inspect.
