This is an on-premise position. Gatco is a leader in designing and manufacturing luxury bathroom hardware. Our customers include premier bathroom showrooms across the country, Home Depot, Lowe’s, eCommerce companies like Amazon, Wayfair, and major hospitality brands. We are a privately held corporation, headquartered along with our distribution center in San Leandro, California. Primary job duties will be as follows: · Create digital and traditional B2B and B2C marketing plans specifically tailored to strategic sales channels including: · Amazon Ads · Email marketing blasts with crisp, engaging content · Some social media management · Inspiring marketing concepts for national retail chains · Marketing proposals for sales reps across the US · Monitor and modify digital ad campaigns leveraging KPIs to make budget suggestions · Be an industry expert and advise on emerging and shifting trends · Develop unique marketing and advertising ideas to present to senior management · Provide occasional support to the senior sales admin and internet sales manager · Collaborate with the Director of Sales on initiatives for key national accounts · Experience in the home décor industry or tangible goods is ideal but not required · Possibility of infrequent travel for presentations and trade shows Requirements: · High level oral and written communication skills · Ability to analyze the shopping experience both online and in physical stores · Ability to see untapped marketing opportunities and not just play in the existing sandbox · Possess an entrepreneurial spirit!
