Experienced Property Manager Needed

Job Description We are currently bringing in brand new quality factory built homes and believe in creating high-quality places for our tenants to live in clean, quiet, and safe environments. Our Property Manager is responsible for increasing the overall occupancy of the property by selling and leasing community owned homes, responsible for the collection and deposit of site (lot) rents, responsible to manage the maintenance staff and oversee positive property curb appeal at all times, and to minimize property operating cost to maximize NOI. To achieve this, the Property Manager is tasked with advertising and filling vacancies; collecting and depositing site rents; negotiating and enforcing leases; and maintaining and securing premises while creating optimum curb appeal for the property and its residents. * Maintains property by supervising on-site maintenance staff, ensuring optimal curb appeal, investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and snow removal services.
