Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. • Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan • Conducts on-going training with office staff; e.g., leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and any other type of training that may be needed on a daily basis. • At least 2 years of supervisory experience of 3 or more full-time staff • Strong leadership, effective communication skills and management skills are essential
