The Driver Recruiter role will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting qualified Class A OTR company drivers, Lease Purchase and Owner Operators for our Reefer division headquartered in Melrose Park, IL. You will be responsible for executing daily tasks including; recruiting, interviewing, on-boarding, and creating a positive business environment for long-term retention of company drivers. • Manages the necessary sourcing and advertising of openings. • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced environment; If you feel that you meet the necessary requirements please submit resume with salary requirements for consideration.
