Park Metro Realty is currently seeking real estate agents who have the following: -Active California real estate license in good standing -Minimum of five years of real estate sales experience -Minimum of $4 million in sales over the past year -Your own database/book of business -Reliable transportation -Clean driving record -Ability to read and understand English fluently -Legal ability to work in the United States -High school diploma or higher education -Ability to work Monday through Friday during normal business hours with the exception of occasional evening or weekend tasks -Experience with Microsoft and Google products -Experience with email -Experience with calendars -Positive, outside of the box, forward thinking mindset -Initiative to problem solve -Willingness to sometimes fail, knowing that there are sometimes losses and failures on the way to great accomplishments Any of the following would be a “plus” but not a requirement: -Willingness to specialize in an area of San Diego County where we don’t already have an agent -Willingness to specialize as a luxury agent -Fluency in another language -College degree(s) Park Metro Realty is a residential and commercial real estate and property management company that started in January of 2020, and we are currently nine team members strong and seeking two more experienced agents.
