The External Marketer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources to generate appropriate referrals and drive census growth for the Skilled Nursing Facility. This role requires a results-driven individual who thrives on building rapport, identifying referral opportunities, and representing the facility in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a marketing and outreach plan to increase census and maintain a strong referral pipeline. • Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the admissions team to ensure a smooth transition for incoming residents. • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
