External Marketing Director / Liaison – Job Summary: The External Marketing Director / Liaison is responsible for driving census growth through the development and maintenance of strong relationships with external referral sources. This role focuses on community outreach, marketing, and business development to achieve the facility’s census and financial goals while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal standards, as well as established company policies and procedures. • Collaborate closely with the Admissions and Business Office teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents and effective communication with referral partners. Qualifications Experience: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in external healthcare marketing, business development, or liaison roles within a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
