We are looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in-house. This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone who has real experience managing paid Meta/Facebook ad campaigns, understands analytics and tracking, and can show proof of successful campaign performance.
The right person must be able to plan, build, launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, sales, conversions, and ROI.
Responsibilities include:
Creating, launching, and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
Monitoring ad performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, click-through rates, ROAS, and other key metrics
Setting up and troubleshooting tracking, pixels, events, funnels, landing pages, and campaign reporting
Reviewing analytics and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
Creating or helping direct ad graphics, visuals, video content, reels, hooks, and ad copy
Testing creative, audiences, landing pages, headlines, and offers
Working with our team to improve lead flow, campaign performance, and overall marketing strategy
Keeping campaigns organized, tracked, and clearly reported
Staying current on Meta ad changes, trends, compliance, and best practices
Required experience:
Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, pixels, funnels, and conversion reporting. Ability to create or direct strong graphics, visuals, and video content for ads
