Facebook Ads Manager

To drive sign-ups and active players for Sports Academy Games, the remote Facebook Ads Manager will manage end-to-end Meta campaigns, scale ad spend profitably, and develop targeting strategies for the K-12 audience. Key responsibilities Plan, build, launch, and manage all Facebook and Instagram campaigns for Sports Academy Games Scale ad budgets while maintaining cost-effectiveness and optimizing performance Conduct creative testing and track performance metrics to inform future campaigns Required qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience managing Meta Ads as a primary responsibility Proven track record of successfully scaling ad spend while maintaining performance metrics Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign optimization and custom conversions Experience using AI tools for creative iteration and audience research Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
