Facebook Ads Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven Facebook Ad's Specialist to join our team. MUST have a minimum of 2-3 years of Facebook Ads experience • Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sites and achieves client ROI goals • Develop and manage Paid Ad bidding strategies and be responsible for the bottom-line success of our paid search efforts • Consistently test, monitor, revise, optimize ad copy, landing pages, and positioning to maximize results • Analyze and assess the performance of campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy • Communicate regularly with the account management team on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis Skills: • Proven experience managing Facebook ads without supervision • A positive attitude and a fun, easy-going personality that fits with our company culture • Willingness to learn, grow and adapt as the company expands • Detail-oriented work ethic with the ability to multitask • Analytical and data-driven with great organizational skills • Experience in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn specifically) • Must be able to communicate English in both verbal and written form Benefits Include: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Company holidays, floating holiday, 401K, Short and Long term disability and so much more!
