Nightscape Designs is a growing Colorado-based company specializing in premium outdoor lighting, holiday lighting, and residential and commercial electrical services.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Facebook Ads Manager / Digital Designer who can help us generate qualified leads, strengthen our brand, and create professional marketing content that attracts homeowners and commercial clients.

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity. Compensation will be tied directly to the revenue generated from your advertising and marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaignsGenerate qualified homeowner and commercial leads throughout Denver and Colorado’s Front RangeCreate professional ad graphics, videos, social media content, and promotional materialsDevelop multiple creative concepts for testingWrite clear, persuasive ad copy and calls to actionBuild and test lead-generation campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and seasonal promotionsMonitor campaign performance, lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spendRecommend improvements to landing pages, lead forms, offers, and sales funnelsCreate marketing content for outdoor lighting, holiday lighting, and electrical servicesWork directly with the owners to develop campaigns and growth strategiesIdeal Candidate

Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaignsStrong graphic design and digital content creation skillsExperience with Meta Ads ManagerAbility to create professional, realistic, and visually compelling designsUnderstanding of lead generation for home-service businessesStrong knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign testing, and performance optimizationComfortable working independently and being compensated based on resultsOrganized, responsive, and able to clearly communicate campaign performanceExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, video-editing software, or similar platformsExperience working with outdoor living, landscaping, construction, electrical, home improvement, or luxury residential companies is a plusCompensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position.

There is no guaranteed salary, hourly wage, or upfront compensation. The selected candidate will earn an agreed-upon commission based on revenue generated from leads and customers attributable to their campaigns.

The specific commission structure, attribution process, payment schedule, advertising budget, and performance expectations will be discussed before the engagement begins.

You will be able to sell all types of outdoor lighting services, including residential outdoor lighting, commercial outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, architectural lighting, pathway lighting, patio and deck lighting, security lighting, and holiday lighting.

You can build your book of business by reaching out to homeowners, businesses, commercial property owners, landscapers, hardscape companies, deck and patio contractors, builders, property managers, and other potential partners.

In addition to outdoor and holiday lighting, you can also sell residential and commercial electrical services through our licensed and insured electrical team. This gives you multiple ways to create opportunities and close business.
