Blue Water Marketing is a fast-growing digital agency helping 7- and 8-figure Shopify brands scale profitably with a finance-first approach to paid media. We're hiring a Meta Ads Media Buyer to support our growing portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands. If you’re highly analytical, know how to scale spend while keeping acquisition costs efficient, and thrive in a performance-driven environment—this role is for you. What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience buying media on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with direct-response, eCommerce accounts • Proven track record of hitting CAC, ROAS, and MER targets at scale ($30K+/mo budgets) • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, CAPI, pixel events, attribution, and dynamic creative structures • Strong grasp of eCommerce financials and how they influence media buying decisions • Experience running structured A/B tests and interpreting performance data into action • Proficient in Google Sheets (pivot tables, graphs, reporting templates) • Clear communicator with the ability to present performance trends to clients or internal teams • Familiar with creative strategy frameworks (hook-based testing, first 3 seconds, scroll-stop factors) • Familiarity with post-purchase survey data, creative performance tracking, and attribution tools is a plus • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Send your resume, and include a short note or Loom walking through: • Your experience with Meta Ads in the DTC/eCommerce space • A campaign you scaled successfully and what made it work • What you’re looking for in your next role
