Facebook Ads Specialist A leading company is seeking a highly skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to develop and execute effective advertising campaigns that drive customer acquisition. Main Responsibilities: • Setup, manage, analyze, and scale Facebook campaigns and budgets to optimize sales growth • Drive the creation of new ad creatives through collaboration and individual ideas • Campaign performance analysis including A/B testing to enhance engagement and conversions • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred; High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required • At least 1-2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with demonstrated results • Daily budget management skills for at least $5k • Mastery of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel & Google Docs) < li>Familiarity with basic image/video editing & Photoshop
